Significant Development Milestone Achieved!

Our development team recently announced the successful transmission of event and sensor data wirelessly using only the Wiegand effect energy of a single movement event! This major milestone for Wiegand effect technology was presented at the EnerHarv22 conference at North Carolina State University. Utilising a prototype of the new Wiegand Harvester up to 50 times more energy was generated than a standard Wiegand sensor, allowing for data from sensors to be shared wirelessly, using a UWB transmission, to a receiver more than 30m away. We would like to express our gratitude to German Ministry of Research and Education (BMBF) for co-funding the project under which this exciting breakthrough was achieved.
